Jack and Jill Toddler Group

Toddlers is held every Wednesday morning from 10 till 11:30 at the Baptist Church hall in Gerrard Street. We meet in a large bright room with lots to do - there is a trampoline, small slide and a rocker, a play-kitchen, garage with cars and a road mat, puzzles, books, drawing and play-dough. We also do painting or sticking each week. There is a climbing frame and a sandpit in the garden which we open on dry days. There are lots of bikes, trikes, pushchairs, sit-n-ride toys and the very popular little tykes cars. We have a large mat which we try to keep clear of the bigger toys to make a safe area for babies and younger toddlers.

At 11:00 we clear and put away the toys and craft for drinks and biscuits/breadsticks - squash for the children (or water) and hot drinks for the grown-ups; we then put away all the toys and clear the mat for a singing session.

We are open to any child not yet old enough for school, and a grown up to look after them. Also when are open during the school holidays we don't mind well behaved older brothers and sisters.

Also just for the next two weeks - We are having a visit from a Photographer to take individual photographs of the children - ideal for Christmas gifts. This will take place on Wednesday 19th October from 10:15 - no obligation to purchase.
