Tony Campolo visits Warwick

Throughout the mission Tony spoke to approxiamtely 1500 people at a series of meetings but reminded us that the real work is still to be done long after he returns home. The community of people among whom we live still need to hear and see the effects of a relationship with Jesus. Being a Christian, he said, is not simply a verbal exercise in recognising Jesus as a good man, it is what happens when we allow Jesus to fully 'invade our whole beings', causing us, forcing us to share his love and urging us to be satisfied only with living as Jesus himself would live among us today.
It was a delight to enjoy Tony's ministry at Castle Hill, not least to be reminded that we all have a part to play in allowing this Jesus invasion and living out our faith as fully as possible. Our aim at Castle Hill is to do that.
